2019 Q1 Multifamily Sales in Larimer & Weld Counties
The first of 2019 continued the trend of 2018 with slow transaction volume (even though sales volume is over 50% of 2018 total due to one sale of $63.5M). With 8 confirmed sales of properties with 4 or more units, we continue to see owners not wanting (or willing) to part with their properties.
