The transaction was closed in 17 days from mutual execution of the contract. 10 day due diligence, 7 day close.
This is the second largest apartment sale in Fort Collins in 2013 and the 5th apartment sale for Brian Mannlein in the market this year – total volume of $6.5MM in apartment sales in Fort Collins in 2013.
