So far Fort Collins, Loveland and Windsor apartment owners generally haven’t had to offer much in the way of incentives. Re-leasing has taken a little longer than in the past and vacancies are a little higher than in the recent past, but the concessions have been tight.
Greeley has experienced a little more “softness” and thus is offering more rent breaks. However, overall, Northern Colorado is still fairing quite well in comparison with the rest of the state and nation as a whole.
