Fort Collins-based Center Partners is hiring 500 new employees. Since August, the company has hired 200 employees and is planning to add 500 more.

A successful sales campaign in June allowed Center Partners to add 700 positions.

Michelle Entwistle, a recruiter with Center Partners, said positions start at $9.25 an hour and average $12 to $14 an hour. She said the company is looking for sales, technical support and bilingual sales people. The jobs are incentive-based, and those who excel tend to make more.

Entwistle also said the positions include 401(k) packages and health, dental and vision insurance.

“We’ve had pretty good job growth in Fort Collins, even in the downturn … but by far, this is the best employment news we’ve heard in over a year,” said Mike Freeman, city of Fort Collins chief financial officer.

Center Partners plans to fill those 500 new jobs by the end of the year. All are full-time positions.

“It’s been a good year for Center Partners. We’ve been keeping busy and offering people full-time positions. We have great benefits and an opportunity for advancement,” Entwistle said.

Center Partners has been in Fort Collins since 1997. It takes calls from a number of clients, including cosmetic and cell-phone companies.

The Fort Collins-based company has 1,300 local employees between its two offices and 2,000 employees total, with three locations in Idaho.
