Distributors are locking in contracts at prices almost 75% lower than this past winter. Properties shouldn’t expect to see that sharp of a dip in their heating bill, but the savings will be noticeable.
Since some utilities also use natural gas to generate electricity, many of their customers should notice a decrease in their electricity bills as well.
