The buyers, an investment group out of Denver, are adding to their portfolio of multifamily investments. The property was marketed by the Apartment Team of Brian Mannlein and Erik Broman with Realtec Commercial Real Estate Services in Fort Collins.
The property sale was a traditional transaction, unlike most multifamily transactions in 2009, which were distressed. The Princess Apartments were 100% occupied at time of sale.
