Fannie Mae rates have been up and down (mostly up) until recently. Late last week we saw a nice decline. Below are rates for various apartment loan programs. Please keep in mind we also have non-traditional sources for apartment lending. If you have clients who need financing – please keep me in mind – we’ll find the best options for your clients’ needs in the marketplace today.

Loans $500,000 to $2,000,000
3 yr – 6.25%
5 yr – 6.625%
7 yr – 6.75%
Recourse, there is some flexibility in these rates for the right deal
